solution:-
we know that:
The expression is 
binomial if there are 2 terms in given equation.
And
trinomial if there are 3 terms in given polynomial. 

Here,
w can solve " 3x - 5y + 3x " as  

= 6x - 5y 

here, the Expression consists of two terms 6x and 5y.

=> the Given expression is a binomial expression.
