It is a straight line with x axis cut at -5/3 (put y=0 in the equation to get x axis intersection)
and y axis is cut by the line at 5. (put x=0 in the equation to get y axis intersection)
Join (-5/3, 0) and (0,5)..

3x - y = -5
Once put x = 0, then y = -5
and then put y = 0 then you will get x = -5/3
And now when you join it you will get a straight line.
