3x-y+7/11-8=0 ===> 33x-11y-95 = 0. (1)

2y+x+11/7=10 ===> 7x+14y+11 = 0. (2)

(1)*7. 231x - 77y-665 = 0

(2)*33. 231x-462y-363 = 0

by elimination,

385y = -302. y = -0.78

x = 2.71
