Hey very easy
(3x-y)^2-(y+2x)^2
a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)
(3x-y+y+2x)(3x-y-y-2x)
5x (x-2y)

(3x- y)^2- (y + 2x) ^2
= (3x-y+y+2x) (3x-y-y-2x)
=(5x) (x-2y)///
