Two persons Xand Y appears in an interview for two vaccancies inthe same part. the probability of X's solution is 2/11 and that of Y's solution is 1/7. what is the probability that none of will be selected.

all so we need to find none got selected
so probability that x don't get selected I'd 9/11
and probability that y don't get selected is 6/7
so probability both don't get selected is multiplication of both
9/11*6/7=54/77
