3x2 + 5x- 8 find zeroes of quadratic polynomial

Answer:

3x2+5x-8=0

3x2-3x+8x-8=0

3x(x-1)+8(x-1)=0

(x-1)(3x+8)=0

x=1 or x=-8/3
