3x^2 - 8ab + 4x^2 + 11ab

Given, x = 2, a = -1, b = -3

3x^2 - 8ab + 4x^2 + 11ab

= 3(2)^2 - 8×(-1)(-3) + 4(2)^2 + 11(-1)(-3)

= 3×4 - 24 + 4×4 + 33

= 12 - 24 + 16 + 33

= -12 + 49

= 37

Answer: 37
