 {(3y - 7)}^{3}  \\ using \: identity \:  {(a - b)}^{3}  =  \\  =  {a}^{3}  -  {b}^{3}  - 3ab(a - b) \\  {(3y - 7)}^{3}  =  \\  =  {(3y)}^{3}- {(7)}^{3} - 3 \times 3y \times 7(3y - 7) \\  = 27 {y}^{3}  - 343 - 189 {y}^{2}  + 441y
