 \frac{4}{5} ( y+\frac{5}{6} ) - \frac{2}{3} (y- \frac{1}{4} ) =  \frac{7}{6}

 \frac{4}{5} ( \frac{6y+5}{6} ) - \frac{2}{3} ( \frac{4y-1}{4} ) =  \frac{7}{6}

 \frac{24y+20}{30} - \frac{8y-2}{12} =  \frac{7}{6}

 \frac{48y+40-40y+10}{60} =  \frac{7}{6}

48y + 40 - 40 y + 10 = 70

48y - 40 y                 = 70 - 40 -10

8y                             = 20

y                               = 20/8

y                               = 5/2
