 \frac{4}{5x}  -  \frac{2}{5}  =  \frac{x - 1}{3}

 \frac{20 - 10x}{5(5x)}  =  \frac{x - 1}{3}

 \frac{20 - 10x}{25x}  =  \frac{x - 1}{3}

60 - 30x = 25 {x}^{2}  - 25x

25 {x}^{2}  - 25x + 30x - 60 = 0

25 {x}^{2}  + 5x - 60 = 0

5(5 {x}^{2}  + x - 12) = 0

5 {x}^{2}  + x - 12 = 0

5 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 3x - 12 = 0
