 (\frac{4}{9}) {}^{4}  \div(  \frac{16}{27}) {}^{2}  \\  \frac{256}{6561}  \div  \frac{256}{729}  \\  \frac{256}{6561}  \times  \frac{729}{256}  \\  =  \frac{1}{9}
I think its correct.
