Answer:

Annual income of rekha is = ₹1,20,000

Then her monthly income = 120000÷12

= 10,000 Rs.

And, reena's monthly income = 12,000Rs.

If both expend monthly = 5000Rs.

Then, rekha saves after expending

= 10,000 - 5000

= 5000 Rs.

And reena saves after expending

=12,000-5000

= 7000Rs.

So, rekha's annual saving = 5000×12

= 60,000Rs.

And reena's annual saving = 7000×12

= 84,000Rs.

After that ratio of their annual saving

= 60000/84000

=5/7

= 5:7 Ans
