Let A(5,-2), B(6,4) and C(7,-2) be the vertices of the triangle(ABC)

Now, AB = √(5-6)²+(-2-4)²

= √{-1)²+(-6)²

= √1+36

= √37

And, BC = √(6-7)²+(4-(-2))² = √{6-7)²+(4+2)²

= √{-1)²+6²

= √1+36

=√37

∴ AB = AC

⇒ Two sides of the triangle are equal.

So, triangle ABC is isoceles.
