• Client: Ok. Let me introduce myself, my name is Chandrashekar I am a doctor working at ASG Hospital.
• Architect : That's wonderful, nice to meet you. So shall we go ahead with our work? What are you looking for?
• Client : I want a three story villa with 4 bedrooms which have attached bathrooms, a dining hall,  an Italian kitchen and a small pooja room.
• Architect : Okay, and what about flooring, I would suggest wooden or Italian flooring but you could go for something elseif you wish.
• Client : I prefer Italian marble sir. And I also want balconies in two of the rooms and preferably a small store room as well.
• Architect : Ok sir, I will give you the detailed plan in a week. It will cost you around two crores on an average. If you have any other queries, please give me a call. It was a pleasure meeting you I'm sure this will be a success.
