Constellation-A constellation is a group of stars which form a pattern in the sense.Stars in the 'constellation' are 'arranged in patterns' which are named after certain human beings or animals. There are 'many constellations' which can be seen with the help of 'naked eyes'.

They are only about 88 constellations.

Galaxy- A galaxy consists of billions of stars and many types of belts like asteroid belt and comet belts..etc. There are billions of galaxies in this whole world. are The galaxies are Not resembling human beings or animals. A human being cannot see a galaxy through his naked eyes.
