a)

( \frac{ - 1}{3} ) {}^{3}   \\  \\  \frac{ (- 1) {}^{3} }{3  {}^{3} }   =  \:  \: (find \: cube \: of \:  - 1and3) \\  \\  =  \frac { - 1}{27}

b)

4 {}^{ - 3} =   \\  =  \frac{1}{4 {}^{3} } \\ \:  \: find \: cube \: of \: 4 = 64  \\  =  \frac{1}{64}
