  • Sum of opposite angles of cyclic quadrilateral is supplementary i.e 180

Here :

  • <A - <C = 20
  • <A + <C = 180

Solving These two equations

  • < C = 180 - <A

Put value of < C in first equation

  • <A - <C = 20
  • <A - ( 180 - <A) = 20
  • <A - 180 + <A = 20
  • 2<A = 20 + 180
  • 2<A = 200
  • <A = 200/2
  • <A = 100

Answer : Value of <A = 100°
