\textbf{\underline{\underline{Removal\:Of\:President}}}

The Parliament is empowered to remove the President, the Judges of Supreme court and high court. The procedure adapted for this purpose is called Impeachment.

If a President violates the constitution He/She can be removed from office by a resolution of impeachment

For this,a resolution has to be passed by both the houses of the Parliament by Special Majority

Special Majority - Any bill have to approved by both the houses of parliament by ●Absolute majority of total membership ● two-third majority of members present and voting.
