NOW,

INITIAL MOMENTUM WILL BE =mv

NOW NEW THAT WE OBTAIN SINCE MOMENTUM IS INCREASED BY 10%

=>mv+10% of mv

=>mv+mv/100 mv

=>11mv/10

=>m(11v/10)

SO BY THUS WE GOT NEW VELOCITY AS 11v/10

and, INCREASE IN THE VELOCITY =v/10

NOW NEW KINETIC ENERGY =m(11v/10)^2/2

=>121/100 mv^2/2

=>21%
