this is a campaign which is being runned by the prime minister of India Narenda Modi on seeing so much of dust.
in this campaign schools, colleges etc. clean there surroundings and other public places to keep them tidy & clean

under this act all schools have to clean their surroundings with helps of their teachers and students in it.
