As per the  given data in question

In above question it is given that ,

We have find the value of given expression,

Given the data in question 4(m+3)=18

Balancing the equation and multiplication that 4 into (m+3)

4m+12=18

Hence, for solving the above equation, we will solve it by separating the like terms at one side.

So, we will shift 12 from LHS to RHS,

So, we will get it as,

=4m+12=18\\=4m=18-12\\=4m=6\\m=\frac{6}{4} \\m=\frac{3}{2} \\m=1.5

Hence, value of "m" in above equation will be 1.5.
