First Convert the men into women we have = 7/4×8= 14 women

Total womens = 14+ 6 = 20

According to Question ;

20 :: X

:: It is the case of Inverse Variation

So,

= 40×7 = 20 × X

= 280 = 20x

=X = 280/20

X= 14....

So , 20 woman's will complete the work in 14 Days ..
