Hey mate here's your answer
Solutions having same osmotic pressure are called isotonic solutions. They have same number of particles in solution and have same molar concentration.
Even though , two solute have equilmolar concentration.
NaOH and NH2CONH2, they both have different number of ions in solutions.
NaOH = 2 ( Na+ and OH-)
NH2CONH2 = 1 , so they have different van't hoff factor and Hence can not have same osmotic pressure.
Thus are not isotonic solution.
