similarly,
2 nd pipe=1/20
3rd pipe =1/30
4th pipe =1/60
Time taken by 1st pipe = t
time taken by 2nd pipe = (t-1) { 1 hour later}

time taken by 3 rd pipe = t-2 hour
time taken by 4th pipe = t-3 hour
All pipe can fill the tank so we obtain an equation :
t/15+(t-1)/20+(t-2)/30 +(t-3)/60= 1
taking LCM
4t+3t-3+2t-4+t-3/60 = 1
10 t - 10 = 60
10 t = 60 + 10
10 t = 70
t = 70/10
t = 7 hours
1st pipe was opened at 6 am so,
6 am +. 7 hours = 1 pm
the tank will be filled at 1 pm .
