Step-by-step explanation:

(i) x + 7 + 4 (x-5)

=2 + 7 + 4 (2 - 5) (As Given)

= 2+ 7 + 4*-3

= 2 + 7 -12

= 9 - 12

= -3

(ii) 3( x + 2) + 5x - 7

= 3(2 + 2) + 5*2 - 7

= 3*4 + 5*2 - 7

= 12 + 10 - 7

= 22 - 7

= 15

(iii) 6x + 5(x - 2)

= 6*2 + 5(2 - 2)

= 12 + 5*0

= 12 + 0

=12

(iv) 4(2x - 1) + 3x + 11

=4(2*2 - 1) + 3*2+11

= 4(4 - 1) + 6 + 11

= 4*3 + 6 + 11

=12 + 6 + 11

= 18 + 11

= 29
