B)Saliva contains Ptyalin(Salivary amylase) Which breaks starch(Present in flour) into maltose (A dissacahride). Idine went added to starch turns solution blue black. in test tube a ,Starch was converted to sugar so no effect of iodine. in test tube b starch stillpresent, so positive starch test

c) Then solution a will also become blue black
