Title : The Heartbroken Heartbreaker

Author : Sam Madison

A book can be one of the most essential things for a reader, when it comes to learning life lessons. A simple book, written as a means of expression of a writer's thoughts, can teach us more than some experiences from our own lifes. This book, has done the same for me. "The Heartbroken Heartbreaker" can teach you how to get along with your past, the past that broke you, shattered you. We all, at some points in our life, have to go through the events that change everything around us for better or for worse. And when its the latter, when our past caused us pain, we tend to remember it with a pang of hurt, that never vanishes. We start feeling like its impossible to forget it, that we can never move on. However, the story teaches us that "Moving on is not about forgetting, it is about remembering without hurting."

- Seth Everett (a character)

The protagonist, Kyla Evans, shows us that we can remember even the most painful moments of our lifes, without hurting, if we let people help us get through the difficult times. It teaches us that we should not built a boundary around us to prevent new people from entering our lifes, rather we should break the old boundaries to meet new people and make new decisions. This book teaches us how to not be afraid of losing the ones we love, but be there for them when we are close to losing them. The way Kyla gets through the deaths of the two most important people in her life gives everyone a new inspiration to view their own pains in a different light. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone trying to fight their way towards the future, running away from their pasts, letting the present slip away from their hands, because this book will teach you how to hold on to the present, and let life escort you towards the awaited future. I would recommend this book to all those who find it impossible to "forget" about someone they loved, someone they lost. I would say that this is a must read for the teenagers that are trapped in the problems of adolescence. This book is definitely a must read in my opinion.
