Answer:

4^(x-1) *(0.5)^(3-2x) =(1/8)^x

2^2 (x-1) *2^(-(3-2x)) =2^-3x

2^(2x-2-3+2x) =2^(-3x)

4x-5= -3x

7x=5

x=5/7

4^(x-1) (0.5)^(3-2x)=(1/8)^x

* 2^2(x-1) 2^(-(3-2x)) 2^-3x 2^(2x-2-3+2x) = 2^(-3x)

2^(4x-5)=2^(-3x)

4x-5=-3x 7x=5

x=5/7
