Hey! it's very easy!

First multiply:

4(x + 3) = 4x+12

-2( x -1) = -2x+2

Now, equation is  4x + 12 - 2x + 2 = 3x + 3

Now, variable one side and Numbers one side.

4x - 2x - 3x = - 12 -2 + 3 (When L.H.S. goes to R.H.S. or R.H.S. goes to

L.H.S. the symbol changes to opposite symbol)

- 1x = -11

x = -11/-1

x = 11 ( minus and minus gets cancelled)
