→ 40% of 160 = (40 * 160)/100 = 64

and,

→ 40% of 120 = (40 * 120)/100 = 48

so,

→ 64 is greater than 48 by = 64 - 48 = 16

then,

→ x = (16 * 100)/3 = 33.33 % (Ans.)
