.Let the total no. of employee of company is 100

Then number of men employee in company =100×40/100=40

So, no. of women employee =100−40=60

Given 75% of men employee get more than Rs 25000 which is 40×75/100=30

Given 45% of the employees get more than Rs 25000

Then number of women employees get more than Rs 25000 is 45−30=15

Then number of women employees get less than Rs 25000 is 60−15=45

So fraction women employees get less than Rs 25000 is 45/60=43
