Find the percentage of passengers left in the bus after station A:
100 - 40 = 60%

Find the percentage of passengers left in the bus after station B:
Percentage of passengers left at station B = 75% x 60% = 45%
Percentage of passengers left in the bus = 60 - 45 =15%

Find the original number of passengers on the bus:
15% = 12
1% = 12 รท 15 = 4/5
100% = 4/5 x 100 = 80

Answer : There are 80 passengers on the bus originally.
