For example, we can say if an operator becomes 'dangerous irrelevant': it is irrelevant classically, but becomes relevant in the deep IR....

According to the kahler potential the light which was present in the circuit is always doing strange behaviour in high coupling. The kahler potential has no kind of protection in order of renormalization that's why the kahler potential is always irrelevant in high order of coupling and charge whenever generated.
