x+3y=6⇒ when x=0y=2⇒(0,2)

when y=0x=6⇒(6,0)

2x−3y=12⇒x=0y=−4⇒(0,−4)

y=0x=6⇒(6,0)

Are of shaded part = 1/2×4×6

=12 units.
