I did not miss the school in last two months because my school made all the arrangements to provide online classes. The school teachers and the management created virtual school easily accessible through mobile, laptop, or tab. As all of us know the entire world is undergoing lockdown on account of COVID 19 pandemic. The schools, colleges, and so many other organizations have been shut and working from home. As the saying goes ‘necessity is the mother of invention’, people have already begun working on dealing with this impact created many new ways to face this situation. Almost all schools and educational institutions started providing online teaching to their students. Our school also took the initiative to provide us online learning without any delay. All the subject teachers taught according to the meticulously planned time-table. Not only academic learning, co-curricular activities were also organized online in which students participated enthusiastically. Here I would like to acknowledge that technology really is a wonderful thing that makes life easy, comfortable, and meaningful. The teachers made beautiful audio, video, lessons and shared them in the class whatsapp groups. During this lockdown I have been in touch with all my subject teachers. The school also conducted online tests, both objective type and subjective type. I have been in touch with my classmates too and we are enjoy online learning together. Everyday online classes on tools such as MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc. reduced the time and space gaps. These challenging times brought about many blessings in disguise. I was able to use technology better and in a more productive manner. Earlier I had used mobile phones or laptop chiefly for entertainment purpose, but during the lockdown I learnt to use them for learning purposes. Teachers provided all the learning material on mobile through digital formats. I can watch these lessons and access these notes anytime. My appreciation for my school and teachers as grown many times. They have been working so hard to make online learning possible. I salute all my teachers and all the supporting staff of the school.
It is impossible for me to forget my school days and I can proudly say that those were indeed the best days of my life. Some time when you sit quietly and think of school days, some Awesome memories would pop up instantly and would bring a smile to your face, isn’t it?
We all go to school and learn, go to college and work hard to achieve a good education; but we also owe a lot to our school! I am sure you will agree with me that those were the best day of our lives; no matter how old you get, just the mention of school would give you good and Awesome memories.
