Step-by-step explanation:

Description for Correct answer:

Assume weight of water = x

weight of container = y

so,

Total weight of container when it is filled with water

xx+y=2.25kg......(i)

When it is filled 2/10th

x×210+y=0.77kg.....(ii)

After solving both eqn

x=7320kg

y=0.40kg

Now, The weight (in kg) of the container when 0.4 part if its is filled with water is

3720×410+0.40

=1.14kg
