49x {}^{2}  - 64y {}^{2}   \\  \\

we know 》

x {}^{2}  - y  {}^{2}  = (x + y)(x - y)

then》

49x {}^{2}  - 64y {}^{2}  =  > 7 {}^{2} x {}^{2}  - 8 {}^{2} y {}^{2}  \\  \\ =  > (7x) {}^{2}  - (8y) {}^{2}  \\   \\ =  > (7x + 8y)(7x - 8y)
