4n^2 - 8n + 3

4n {}^{2} - 6n - 2n + 3 = 0

2n(2n - 3) \: + 1(2n - 3)

(2n - 3) \: (2n \ + 1)

n = 3 \div 2 \: and \: - 1 \div 2

 = 4 {n}^{2}  - 6n - 2n + 3

 = 2n(2n - 3) - 1(2n - 3)
