Difference in times = 32 - 24 = 8 sec
Hence, speed of train = 112/8 = 14 m/s
Now, let length of train = L m
Consider any platform case (1st platform)
Distance = L +216 m
Train speed = 14 m/s
Time = 24 s
L + 216 = 14 * 24
L + 216 = 336
L = 120
Length of train = 120 m [not 56 m]
