Endosperm is formed during the double fertilization when one of the two sperm enters inside theembryo sac & fuses with two polar nuclei. Endosperm develops before the embryo because the cells of the endosperm provide nutrition to the developing embryo.

Heya !!!

Here's your answer !!!

Endosperm development always precedes the development of embryo....

Endosperm is a triploid nutritive tissue that provides nourishment to the developing zygote into embryo...

If the zygote has to be developed into embryo it needs nutrition...

As the nutrition would be provided by endosperm...the development of endosperm always precedes the development of embryo...

Hope this helps you :)
