or, 4x²-2{(a²+b²)+(a²-b²)}x+(a²+b²)(a²-b²)=0

or, 2x{2x-(a²+b²)}-(a²-b²){2x-(a²+b²)}=0

or, {2x-(a²+b²)}{2x-(a²-b²)}=0

Either, 2x-(a²+b²)=0
