Now , D = b²-4ac
> D = 0 - 4×4×-9
> D = 144
Now , x = -b±√D/2a
> x = 0 ± 12 / 2×4
> x = 12/8 & x = -12/8
So factors are :-
(x-3/2)(x+3/2) = 0
