4x-3 / 2x+6 = 3/2 (Cross Multiply)

2 (4x-3) = 3 (2x+6)

8x - 6 = 6x + 18 (Transposing)

8x - 6x = 18 + 6

2x = 24

x = 24/2

x = 12
