SOLUTION:-

=> 4x+7/9-3x=1/4
=> x = 1/4-7/9

After solving R.H.S

x = (9-28)/36
=> x = -19/36

(4x+7)/(9-3x)=1/4

then SOLUTION:-

(4x+7)×4=1×(9-3x)

=> 16x+28=9-3x
After solving
=> 19x = -19
Divide with 19 to both sides.
