Answer : −4x −7/ 2x + 1

Steps :

First we will do Multiplication of the number and lastly we will devide it .

Solving L.H.S. ,

(4x2 - 12x - 7 ) by (2x + 1)

( 4x × 2 ) - (12x - 7) by ( 2x + 1 )

[ ( 8x - 12x ) - 7 ] by 2x + 1

-4x - 7 by 2x + 1

4x - 7 ÷ 2x + 1

−4x −7/ 2x + 1
