Hi

If 4z-5=3-z

Then after going in LHS the z will in plus and 5 will also in plus after going in RHS

then,

4z+z=3+5

5z=8

z=8/5

I hope this will help you

hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

4z - 5 = 3 - z \\  \\  = =  >  4z + z = 3 + 5 \: \\  \\  =  =  > 5z = 8 \\  \\  =  =  >  z =  \frac{8}{5}  \\  \\ check.. \\  \\ lhs = 4z - 5 \\  \\  = 4 \times  ( \frac{8}{5}  ) - 5 \\  \\  = \frac{32}{5}  - 5 \\  \\  =  \frac{32 \times 1}{5 \times 1}  -  \frac{5 \times 5}{1 \times 5}  \\  \\  =  \frac{32}{5}  -  \frac{25}{5}  \\  \\  =  \frac{32 - 25}{5}  \\  \\  =  \frac{7}{5}  \\  \\ rhs = 3 - z \\  \\  = 3 -  \frac{8}{5}  \\   \\  =  \frac{3 \times 5}{1 \times 5}  -  \frac{8 \times 1}{5 \times 1}  \\  \\  =  \frac{15}{5}  -  \frac{8}{5}  \\  \\  =  \frac{15 - 8}{5}  \\  \\  =  \frac{7}{5}  \\  \\ hence \: lhs = rhs \\  \\ hope \: this \: helps \: you...
