Answer:

9 Choco-Blasters

Step-by-step explanation:

Mai has one mini-box of Choco-Blasters candy, and Warren gave her three more pieces. Samara has two mini-boxes of Choco-Blasters and gave six pieces to Will. Now Mai and Samara have the same number of Choco-Blasters.

How many Choco-Blasters are in a mini-box? Assuming all mini-boxes of Choco-Blasters have the same number of pieces in them, use the 5‑D Process to solve this problem.

Let say 1 mini box has  = x Choco-Blasters

Mai has one mini box

so Mai has  1 * x  = x Choco-Blasters

Warren gave mai 3 Choco-Blasters

so Mai has x +3 Choco-Blasters

Samara has two mini box

so Samara has 2 * x = 2x Choco-Blasters

Samara gave six Choco-Blasters to Will

So Samara has  2x -6 chocolates

Mai & Samara has same number of Choco-Blasters

x +3 = 2x -6

=> x = 9

so there are 9 Choco-Blasters are in a mini-box
