They should work for 10 hours.

Step-by-step explanation:

Consider the provided information.

According to Man, Work, Hour Formula: \frac{M_1D_1H_1}{W_1}=\frac{M_2D_2H_2}{W_2}

M₁ men can do W₁ work in D₁ days working H₁ hours per day and M₂ men can do W₂ work in D₂ days working H₂ hours per day.

It is given that 15 labours complete a work in 10 days working 6 hours per day,

Also 18 labours are employed  on that work and the work is to be completed in 5 days,

That means W₁= W₂

Substitute M₁=15, D₁=10, H₁=6, M₂=18, and D₂=5 in above formula.

\frac{15\times10\times6}{W_1}=\frac{18\times5\times H_2}{W_1}

H_2=5\times2

H_2=10

Hence, they should work for 10 hours.
