5 +  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{7}  - 4 \sqrt{3}  - 7 -  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{7 }  + 4 \sqrt{3}

All the same terms with different signs will cancel each other out ...

5 - 7

 - 2

Hence -2 is the required answer.
