Heya

3(t - 5) - 16t = 12 - 2(t - 3) \\ 3t - 15 - 16t = 12 - 2t + 6 \\ 3t - 16t - 15 + 2t - 18 = 0 \\ - 11t - 33 = 0 \\  - 11t = 33 \\  - t =  3 \\ t =  - 3

Hope it helps yu

\sf{3\left(t-5\right)-16t=12-2\left(t-3\right)}

\implies\sf{3t-15-16t=12-2t-6}

\implies\sf{-13t-15=-2t+18}

\implies\sf{-13t=-2t+33}

\implies\sf{-13t+2t=-2t+33+2t}

\implies\sf{-11t=33}

\implies\sf{t = 33/-11}

\implies\sf{t = -3}
